The new Inventory Count Tool tracks the number of items you scan and summarizes the final count.

Enhanced Search Feature

Added improved search focus for assets and inventory when searching by asset tag number or inventory code. Search target is now highlighted after each search allowing for easier consecutive scans. Also, if a different field is selected that one will now stay chosen. For example, when searching by the model name the model name will be highlighted and selected after searching.

Packing List in Receipts

We’ve updated our services by adding a “Packing List” feature to our “Receipts” function. Customers are able to get packing lists with all of the signature forms, including the option for digital signatures. This update improves receipt management by providing an easy and complete solution for your documentation requirements.

Transaction History

Tracmor now provides a transaction history feature that allows you to quickly and easily access complete transaction records for individual inventory items in both PDF and XLS formats. This feature allows you to stay organized and make well-informed decisions by providing easier record-keeping and flexible data analysis. Tracmor’s new transaction history download capability improves inventory tracking.

Dashboard and Save Filter QR code

Now you can print a QR code for your Tracmor dashboard! This new feature is available by clicking or tapping on the gear icon in the top right corner. Furthermore, you can now easily print labels for saved filters from the Manage Saved Filter list in each module.

Previous and Next Navigation

We have added the Previous and Next navigation options to Tracmor, which enables users to conveniently see one-by-one pages in their asset and inventory management system. By avoiding the need for repetitive searches or scrolling through long lists, this feature saves time and effort.

We published four new APIs: Create Asset, Delete Asset, Edit Asset, and Custom Field List.

Create Auto-Generated Assets by Quantity

Added the ability to create auto-generated assets by specifying a quantity. This new feature simplifies the asset creation process for users who need to create multiple assets of the same type. Users can now input the desired quantity of assets to create, and the system will automatically generate unique asset IDs and asset details for each asset created.

Updates & Bug Fixes

We have enhanced security, implemented important updates and bug fixes, and made small design modifications for improved efficiency, stability, and user-friendly navigation.

Auto Notify 

You can now automatically notify your contacts when a shipment or receipt is created that includes them. To enable this feature to edit a contact, add their email address, and check the box next to auto-notify.

Digital Signature

Tracmor, a leading asset tracking software, now offers a new and convenient feature called Digital Shipment Packing List Signatures. This feature enables users to sign shipment packing lists using a mouse and touchscreen. With Digital Shipment Packing List Signatures, users can easily sign and verify the shipment packing list, ensuring that all assets are accurately tracked.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

Tracmor, a leading asset tracking software, has recently released an enhanced login security feature for its users: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via email. Furthermore, this new feature adds an extra layer of protection to your Tracmor account by now requiring a unique verification code sent to your email address in addition to your login credentials.

Printing Labels

The upgraded system now offers the ability to print Barcodes and QR Codes with an accompanying image, providing a more detailed and visual representation of the assets being tracked. Tracmor now enables users to print barcodes with QR codes, simplifying asset identification and data entry, and streamlining asset management efficiency.

Single Sign On 

Now Tracmor, offers single sign-on functionality for Gmail accounts. With single sign-on, improving the user experience and streamlining the login process.

Assets Scanning with Scanner 

Added improved barcode scanning support for moving assets and inventory or adding items to shipments and receipts.

Permalink

Added support for including the permalink URL to an asset or inventory item in QR code label printing feature for use with mobile devices.
